Palazzo Baseggio Koper

Multi-year reconstruction and completion of the restoration of a historic palazzo in the centre of Koper.

Reconstruction (2010)

One of the company’s first major cultural heritage projects, demanding high standards of expertise and precision. The reconstruction covered structural restoration, renovation of facade and interior elements, and adaptation of the building for use by the University of Primorska. This project laid the foundation for the company’s ongoing work on heritage restoration.

Completion (2023)

The final phase of demanding reconstruction and finishing works on the protected cultural heritage building, for ZRS Koper. Particular attention was paid to preserving authentic architectural elements while adapting the building for contemporary use.

The works required close coordination between heritage conservators, designers, and contractors, ensuring that the palazzo retained its historic character while becoming a functional, modern space.
